Ruby: Student Assignment Analysis

Many factors influence teachers when crafting lessons: knowledge of the subject, training in standards and rigor, and enthusiasm for the topic. The results generate student assignments that can drift far from the standards and rigor you expect of your school's curriculum. By collecting and analyzing completed student assignments from your classrooms, Ruby can reveal shortcomings in your school's taught curriculum that could be impairing student achievement.

(1) The Standards Company LLC sends collection envelopes and pre-paid return-shipping materials to your school.

(2) Your office staff distributes the collection envelopes to your teachers.

(3) Teachers collect graded, completed assignments from their students and place them in the envelopes.

(4) Your office staff mails the envelopes to The Standards Company LLC for analysis.

(5) The Standards Company LLC delivers the report to your school or district.

The Standards Company LLC has performed its Ruby service on collected student assignments for over 200 schools nationwide. Besides individual schools and districts, clients include the Oklahoma State Department of Education and the Nevada State Legislature (view report).
